Rate of pension recipients in population age groups for a given month. Included are recipients of statutory disability, old age, and survivors’ pension (not children) as basic/minimum pensions and/or supplementary/employment pensions/earnings-related pensions. All applicable age groups are included and therefore varies slightly across countries. Counted as recipients of benefits around year-end. Countries might differ in month of counting, and therefore it is specified in the country-note as well as the age groups.
